First, we would like to thank you for the emails and
prayers of support that we received last year. As many of
you know Christian Fellowship was transitioning to a new
church home, in fact this year's retreat will be held
there.
Secondly, as we look back at last year we are reminded of
the ongoing economic distress many of our fellowships are
experiencing. At the same time MATCOD thanks GOD for his
divine provisions.
Once again, the MATCOD planning committee felt led to forgo
our annual 3 day weekend retreat for 2010 and host a one
day retreat that we hope and pray in the MATCOD tradition,
will challenge, and edify the participants. This year's
retreat will focus on the “The Trails of Job”. This topic
we feel, is especially revelant to christian men today.
We know that MATCOD has been a blessing to many men around
the Metro Detroit Area, and we’re asking that you pray that
the LORD will continue to do so.
